Consider that the best team in history (95-96 Bulls) still lost 10 games and this could get pricey if nagging injuries and the bullseye on their backs leave the Heat finishing around 55-27 or so. Either way though, GREAT MARKETING and an awesome way to indirectly tie themselves to the team. Would you even bother going to another bar if you lived within 20 minutes of this place?
